At work today I had to use the loo, and whilst there, witnessed two younger people stood using the urinals, both on a conference call (the same call I realised later) with a third person. ...at least this time is wasn't someone watching p*rn without a headset.

Clocks go forwards tonight, and I just realised that my current print will take an hour LONGER! Okay, a slight exaggeration, but still. It's due Monday morning about 10am ish, which means I'll be in work when it ends. Gonna loose 6 hours progress on the next print. Yes, I am just that petty.

My 48 hour print just finished (overran the estimate by 5+ hours), and ship segments look pretty good. I'll post some images once I have more to show. Lower segments together will take 90+ hours to print, so I'm doing the sensible thing and printing each side separately so each only take 45 hours.

51% of the way through a 47+ hour 3D print of some starship parts. I am more than a little nervous at this point. The weathers been shite recently, and when temps drop to less than 2'c the machines get a little tempramental. It's not due to happen again, but I still worry it'll fuck up.

I find the OpenAI news a little disturbing considering the comments made on its shutdown were to 'Focus on coding to catch Anthropic', a company currently in court. A company that recently fell out of favour with Petey-Boy at the DoD because they didn't want their A.I. system being used to kill.

There is one glaw in my otherwise dann fine plan to print more starships and models. Timing and the weather. It's raining, naturally, and I had to say up a resin print now to be ready when I get back from work. Then in 40 mins I need to sort the FDM printer for new starship parts.
