I need more coffee. The person yelling at me that my "don't label digital art as traditional" is an ATTACK against digital art by traditional artists is giving me a migraine. I didn't spend my teens in the 2000 as a digital artist being told my art wasn't real to have to put up with this today😹🙃

I'm not sure if this is due to how digitsl brushes are sold, but I keep seeing (always young) artists referring to their DIGITAL artwork as "watercolors" or "oil" or whatever medium they are trying to emulate. Don't do that. If I can't tell if you're ignorant or predatory, I'll assume the worst.

My favorite thing about large furry cons are that I can play "spot the furry" at the airport. And I don't just mean they have a fursuit. No, I like that there's a kinda vibe that's always pleasant, sometimes punky, or colorful, or well dressed, and honestly reminds me of art school. 😹🥰

The wildest thing to me is that when I bought my house in 2019, I WAS the median age (33). I have expressed numerous times that had I waited I would not have been able to afford a house. The median age for first time buyers is now OLDER than me. Renting out homes for income is evil. Just is.

If my cats pee in the box when I'm watching I give them a potty snack. This was to re condition the litter box to be positive instead of negative. Overall successful, but when they see me, some of the smart cats will do tiny potties for an extra snack. 😅
