In the "not everything is bad" category... while we lost Gramma (a 141 year old Galapagos tortoise who lived at the San Diego Zoo(and before that the Bronx Zoo)) in November, a 97 year old Galapagos named Mommy gave birth to four new tortoises. Her first time as a parent. Nature finds a way.
