I needed part of her here though there are paintings of her, and framed photos. I even have a pair of converse with her on them and I have her last blankets that will never be washed again. She's everywhere here

I lost my collie boy, Fergus, in early Jan 25. It was 4 months and 15 days before Boomer came for me. I was completely miserable that time - the only thing holding me together was a deeply held belief I was needed for another dog, somewhere. Jinx needed you, and you were there. 🥰

While mom is away, Jinx will play. Apparently the sound in the basement underneath the office was something 🤣🤣🤣

We opted for the same when we lost Harvey just after Xmas in 2019 - he's currently sleeping on the chest of drawers in our bedroom where he liked to flick things off to get our attention (usually in the small hours).

I totally understand. My fiancée and I lost our first cat on August 8th after an unexpected/aggressive cancer diagnosis on August 5th. We considered him our son, since we do not want human children. It's so quiet in the house now... We want another but will wait until after we move w/i the year 😭

I still cry frequently over Nala. She died 2 years ago next month. It will hurt forever. She loved my dad, who mostly ignored her lol. Jinx doesn’t replace Missy; she just proves your heart had space for both of them.

I can’t understand unfollowing Miss Missy. Our love for our kitties is eternal.

I understand we recently lost our senior boy, Brother. We can never replace him, but we must carry on. Missy will forever be with you. ❤️

Do I know anyone in western or central NC who can foster (or adopt, hell) a pregnant mama cat? We have a sort of emergency situation where she’s been pulled inside to try and get her spayed to stop her having any more litters in this area (this may be her third) and the household can’t keep her.

Zack’s settled in at Casa Crits. They said he had been taking a bottle but all he wanted to do was BITE so I offered him some wet food and he went to town. He then went and used the litterbox like a big boy! Now we’re having some snuggle time watching Jeopardy. He’ll rejoin his brother eventually.

Chewy is the BEST! They randomly send beautiful artist paintings on canvas out to random customers. Here's the one my mom received of me. It was such a nice surprise.
