British origin aerospace steels have traceability down to the level of knowing which scrap merchant the constituent raw materials came from. But yet Russian origin material can just leak in.

Crucially Badenoch is not just wrong about the bill they have ditched. She is wrong the policy they have keot (or what Philp is saying ILR/benefits policy they are keeping is) Badenoch is right that shouldn't be retrospective either. But Philp disagrees with the leader about what their policy is.
