My take on gaming affordability is that this hobby is and always has been a luxury and that the industry has long been, like comics, propped up by enthusiasts who spend a lot of money. That's not sustainable long term unless you keep bringing people into the space. Games aren't. The bill's due.

A media outlet I deeply respect spelled the game Fortnite wrong. I couldn't figure out why the quote kept jarring me. The quote was "I love playing Fortnight!" We need more gamers in journalism!
