Chip Taylor har dött. Han var, som tidningarna lär skriva i sina eventuella rubriker, Angelina Jolies farbror. Framför allt var han dock en fantastisk låtskrivare. Förra året dog hans fru Joan, vilket tog honom hårt. 2018 träffade jag det mycket trevliga paret Chip och Joan i Uppsala.

För en månad sedan befann jag i vad min läkare helt säkert korrekt skrev var ett ”livshotande tillstånd”, perikardit. Nu mår jag toppen och om några dagar återgår jag till jobbet.
