As with the murder of Renee Good, this video immediately established that DHS was lying about the shooting. The video shows that this was murder. And once again, DHS is obstructing local authorities from investigating a homicide in their community perpetrated by DHS agents.

I support impeaching Kristi Noem. I’ve coauthored articles of impeachment against her, and I’ve introduced legislation to force ICE agents to wear body cameras and prohibit them from wearing masks.

The problem the Trump administration has now is its persistent pattern of lying means that when it mouths the mantra "the agent feared for his life" to justify killing a civilian, people rightly just don't believe it. When you then don't investigate the shoot, people rightly are even more suspect.

There has been another shooting involving federal agents in Minneapolis and I am working to get more information. I will update as soon as possible. To the Trump administration and the Republicans in Congress who have stood silent: Get ICE out of our state NOW.

To quote the guy who rates dogs: "ICE agents, get out now because historically, this ends with you hanging from a lamppost and your body paraded through the streets."
