My husband was a cop, with jurisdiction in NJ, NY, PA, worked with FBI, became Commander of police in North Jersey and was shot at and had to use his firearm several times in his 34 year career. There are strict procedures that must be followed after a shooting or you are fired. Period.

And they’d put the shooter on office duty during the investigation. These guys were just sent back out.

In normal policing there would be use of force reports prepared anytime force is used against a suspect (much less a civilian bystander). There would be a report anytime a service weapon is discharged. Is ICE doing any of this? They are not acting like police. They are acting like an invading army
