Part of what makes things so hard right now is that there's so much pressure for my mental health to get better as fast as possible. Because if it doesn't improve soon, I'm not sure what we'll do. I've barely worked in over 3 months and that's really bad.

Y'all the holidays are basically cancelled for me. Without food stamps I can cook anything. My breakfast for the past week has been one spoonful of peanut butter with cinnamon. Things are bleak.
