Exercise for Parkinson's can be bad at times. A joint that needs repair first. I just want to note, exercise isn't always good for PWP. Sends me into awful dystonic 3 hour "tempests." PT has been no help in this, and the siren call of PTs & MDs to exercise has more than once caused a lot of pain.

Since neither the coffee nor levodopa have kicked in yet - here is a wild theory that needs to be shot down: The concept of "off" and "on" might be better discussed as switches. Take levodopa on time - switch #1 should go on in about 30 minutes to an hour.
