I got a postcard from some a**hole in the mail asking me to sign up for his pre-launch. It’s a HUGE violation of their TOS. I get lots of emails to an account I NEVER use for mailing lists asking the same thing. there are RULES to this shit.🙄

Not sure which Kickstarter creators need to hear this, but: -You CAN'T use backer's emails after the project has been fulfilled. -You CAN ask backers if they would like to be added to your email list when doing your surveys. -If the backers don't agree, you CAN'T keep that email.
