The new job has been going well so far. Despite all my co-workers being old, blue collar, types, most of them are pretty based. I was hesitant to discuss politics until someone brought up the current situation with ICE and everyone was in agreement that they suck. Nice to see some hope.

I think it was always a longshot getting Larian to stop using GenAI. At this point in time, anyone still using it is firmly committed. But I can at least hope that the backlash will help other developers, who haven't yet taken a bite of the apple, to decide against it.
