Can a knee brace help with the knee pain from sciatica, if this is in fact sciatica? If I could at least cut down on one kind of the pain my legs and back have been in, that would be an improvement

I also recommend this method (doing good) atter spreading stressful news and discussing important bleak topics. This isn't to avoid it at all but just a balance and for you to be able to recharge. Do it for the good of the world and inner peace
