There were eight votes here. King isnt a Democrat, Fetterman is Fetterman. Add four āsmall tight states with razor thin marginsā Senators who donāt need a leadership push on this, and youāre left with Kaine and Durbin. IMO the only coordination here was Durbin covering for Warner.
