I feel like writing UI tests is one of the best uses of AI in my current dev workflow. Especially ifou already have some tests, you can just tell it to look at existing tests for examples, and then describe the UI interactions you wanna test, and the results are surprisingly good!

I feel like what's missing from services like google maps is data about what products shops offer. I'd love to be able to do a query like: Find me all shops within radius X that are guaranteed to stock product Y. Bonus points if I can sort by time on public transport to get there.
