The plan? We get Trump to send in federal troops to Portland, but a high ranking official gets stuck behind a freight train for so long in SE that they convince the Department of Transportation to give us a grant for a comprehensive east side bypass of the Union Pacific rail line

I'm aging myself, but my history teacher in middle school was absolutely psyched for what she called the "liberation" of Iraq. She was a huge GWB fan.

A few weeks ago, I had a very recently post partum patient, who had an L&D nurse check in a few times. Patient was on a general diet and hungry. The L&D nurse looked in our nutrition room and said the professional version of "girl, you live like this"?

I'm glad I got to bike over and see this when there were still many birds. I'm a little worried the rest of my life is going to be remembering more vibrant ecosystems.

I vaguely remember you had a tape player for the lads. Any interest in some children's music tapes? For the low low price of they aren't in my parent's house anymore.

At my parents house realizing the fact that my hair got much better in my early 20s is 100% because I started using conditioner which they do not. Asked my mom and she says "we never thought it was a priority".

My friend is sending her kid to a Waldorf school and when I said that I hoped it was good, but I had beef with Steiner she didn't know who he was. I wonder what things I haven't read the wiki page on.

So they are changing covid vaccine availability from 6 months to 5 years. That's a long time to keep a kiddo low exposure.

My Portland urbanism take is that we need way more covered outdoor spaces, public and semi-public. We have like 8 months a year where it's very comfortable to sit outside in warm clothes as long as you're not in the rain

Had garden stew for dinner. (Shelly beans, tomatoes, onion, garlic, crookneck squash). All veggies from my garden except the squash (from mil). Herbs I grew, salt, pepper and olive oil not so much. That was fun.
