NEW: Maine Family Planning, a key health care provider in Maine, is closing its primary care practice on Oct. 31 because it was kicked out of Medicaid by Trump's Big Beautiful Bill. This is the same bill that has defunded Planned Parenthood. From Maine Family Planning's statement:
