I was having a good conversation with my buddy about "server uptime" and he brought up the fact that having 300+ days of uptime USED to be something to brag about. Now we deal with CVEs almost daily. I'm interested to hear everyone else's thoughts as someone that manages hundreds of servers.

I guess my ISP is ahead of the curve and assigned an IPv6 subnet which my network hardware gladly accepted. Only 10 more years before everyone else adopts it.
