One of my earliest memories of being afraid of a record was a BBC testcard version of Caravan in the early-mid 70s. It had a particularly threatening-sounding trombone on it.

Presenting Patricia Routledge. A 1973 Norman Newell produced album of gentle show tunes, it was Patricia's debut solo album. Aged 44 she was already a veteran of the West End and a Tony winner on Broadway. Fact of the day, her Tony Award was presented to her by Groucho Marx.
