Finding your people is hard. Especially if you're not sure they even exist. But don't ignore that feeling that you're out of place in your current circles. When you feel accepted and valued for being exactly who you are, those are your people. Keep looking.

Watching the new docu-series on Hulu will reinforce this fact. There was a collective and intentional lack of responses that was very evidently fueled by racism and classism. And it’s like everything we speculated when Katrina hit was confirmed by the people who lived it.

Timers and time limits. Ik that sounds silly but I get really bad time blindness when showering or scrolling. A timer really helps me with these and setting time limits. If you know how long something should take, try to hold yourself to it with the tools you have
