It's so fucking wild to me that companies REALLY want you to use AI, that they're really invested in you using it for who knows what reasons. Why the hell does it matter how you write your code? A plant I bought a little over 6 years ago to celebrate getting the job I was laid off from in March is on its last legs and I’m so sad. I suppose it’s fitting, but it’s sad just the same.

Today I turned 45 and spent the day with my sister’s in-laws. I got cake and it was delightful. Oh yeah, and it was that other holiday too, but I like remembering my birthday first and foremost.

Spent this Christmas Eve / the day before my birthday getting my nails painted a glittery red, then treating myself to a sushi lunch. Now I’m home watching the snow fall and I’m feeling nice and cozy.
