Sometimes I wonder what the other timeline versions of me are doing. At one point I was a parent. At another I was married. And then somewhere in the midst I just huddled down and just focused on either my art or writing. To them I send all my love regardless.

One of my hospice patients told me that on the ship that took him to fight in WWII he hated to sleep below bc it smelled. So he crept on deck & slept on bags of cargo. He said there were more stars than black. He said they reflected off the water. He said it was dazzling.

there's so many things I love about this video. The poetry of someone who has absolutely mastered a skill set. The wood thrushes singing. Reviving a Model T that's been sitting in the woods for *90 years* (what?!). Watch the first 10 minutes and restore your soul.
