How to make time 30 min for exercise 60 min for reading 60 min for writing I have 1-2 hours most nights after 8:30 PM. But I am tired then. Can I somehow recapture enough attention for books? I've fit walking & stretching into my day but getting up earlier is the only way to get that extra 30 min

I am not a fan of The Big Lebowski, and it was delightful to find in DiCaprio's character Bob an anti-Dude I have some affinity for. The film reached for zaniness and often found it. It was good to have real villains (racist murderers) who you could also laugh at.
