Just cancelled a newspaper sub by CALLING because they would not let me do it online. I was nice to the person on the phone! But when they offered me a lower rate, I declined and explained it was in part because I was unable to cancel online. This is a problem with legacy papers.

Let me read these stairs stories. I'm glad this is a topic. I take the stairs everywhere. Everywhere. I walk up 10 to 11 flights of stairs. I call hotels before booking and ask about the stairs. I talk w/front desk staff at hotels who often don’t know where the stairs are or if guests can use them.
