Dems: Yes, cops had to arrest 30K kids aged 5 to 7, and put many times more than that into foster care / group homes where they're 28X more likely to be abused. Blame absentee fathers!

I wish that were true. It is incredibly common among white Dem voters. Eg, Only ~20% of Dem voters support reducing police funding, down from a high of only ~40% right after George Floyd.

I talk to MAGA voters a lot. They are open and honest about supporting mass deportation. They think it's a good thing, and they support the mission of ICE. The language they use to justify it and to excuse the horrors, is *exactly* the same language that centrist Dems use to justify US policing.

MAGA: We can't not have strong border protection! US will fall into chaos! Dem: We can't not have a strong police force! Cities will fall into chaos! MAGA: We need national guard in DC! I feel safer! Dem: We need national guard in NYC! I feel safer!
