I wish capsid engineers would stop comparing their IV transduction efficiencies in NHPs to AAV9. AAV9 IV essentially doesn't work, so it's a largely useless metric. Compare to AAV9 ICV, which is the current clinical standard. It makes a much more convincing case for why the approach is superior!
