Observing, whistling and honking WORKS. I was in a situation yesterday where folks using those methods to alert neighbors to agents' presence on the street helped keep some elementary school kids safe and away.

Can confirm I have personally seen three attempts just today of agents in a convoy of ICE vehicles trying to snatch random POCs along Central Ave - and then being chased off by neighbors with whistles. It's blatant racial profiling. Minneapolis city council member says POC should stay home:

I know some have been a little unnerved at the aggressive following and noisemaking tactics of the observers. What they don’t realize is that it’s necessitated by what ICE is doing. You have seconds and you need as many eyes on them as possible, and as many people trying to get key info as possible.

If you see one, the most important thing to say is “WHAT’S YOUR NAME” because otherwise the person is gone for good, maybe. I witnessed one in an alley as the sole pursuit car, I was the only witness, I froze for a second and didn’t shout it in time, and the guy is just… gone now. I’ll never know.

Apparently ICE goons in multi-car caravans are circling Spanish immersion preschools in the city taunting and photographing the parents and neighbors who are patrolling the school perimeter to keep kids safe.

But they should all be saying ABOLISH ICE. They should be be with 77% of Democrats and a majority of the entire population, according to polls, that want to ABOLISH ICE. They should mark that as their ultimate goal and work to achieve it.
