For the record, it is always a bad time to launch an indie game. There's no "good time" to launch an indie game - there's worse times than usual - but there's no such thing as a "good time". You have to make your own "good time" through community-building.

Hypothesis: if/when a critical mass journalists and editors migrate to Bluesky, Twitter activity will drop off a cliff. Why? Because politicians, campaigners & pundits will quickly follow, then their followers will, and this part of the network is key part of Twitter’s current ‘town square’ value.

Compared to Twitter, the algorithm here is normal and there are fewer bots, no forced advertising. So I think it's very comfortable. I have some great friends and followers on Twitter so I can't move here completely, but if they all moved here then here would probably be my main platform obviously

Not sure what to say on the higher chance of 3rd kits I haven't ruled it out. I want justice for weapons like jet squelcher and dread that got fucked over by the options they were given. I want more options for cooler. I want more chances for hype stuff like zip jet or even crab.

I talked about wave breaker having a sad balance history but despite more changes this might be worse not gonna lie, its like they had 2 ideas and when those didn't work GG. It sucks because the sub is cool.

Also pretty cool to note that we haven't added a single new server yet. We're working on getting some new PDS instances up, but those are relatively small and cheap, everything else is scaling in place. Pretty huge advertisement for running your own hardware (and for AMD for making massive CPUs)
