The way these "AI checkers" work is very, very simple. It feeds part of the text into an LLM. If the LLM predicts, correctly, the missing text, it scores that as proof the LLM produced the text. And LLM's literally stole *every fucking book and forum post ever fucking written* to train on.

18th October 2017: Less than 10 years ago there was broad, cross party support for trans people just living their lives. This bigotry at the highest level has been astroturfed into existence in less than a decade. It's a lie. A con.

The two best things for an author is you telling them that you love their work and you telling others that you love their work. It's something that never gets old and is always a boost, both for the author's mental health and their actual career. So never think they won't want to hear it.

Regular reminder: trans people are an overwhelmingly working class demographic. Struggles with severe poverty and on the ground labor issues are far, far more common than making big bucks for a giant tech corporation, being a well-off influencer or whatever supposedly represents us this week.
