To recap, Trump signed a proclamation saying that after midnight tonight, no one with an H-1B visa may enter the US unless they have paid $100,000. However, anonymous White House officials are saying it doesn't apply to people with current H-1B visas — yet there is NO official guidance! None!

Please! Think twice before publishing papers in pay for play journals (Frontiers, MDPI, Sage etc). The data is immediately suspect - why did the authors buy themselves a paper without rigorous review?

In case you were wondering why Chinese tariffs are 15% less than for Canada and Mexico, follow the money. Elon Musk currently has a 4,500,000 sq. ft. car manufacturing plant in China. Tesla does not currently have car plants in Canada or Mexico. One is planned for Mexico. In time for a tariff lift.

From a journalist friend: Just spreading the word. The CDC is purging data, so people should archive their favorite CDC datasets today, namely ones around race/ethnic diversity, LGBTQ, and reproductive health. Also health data involving climate. The youth risk behavior survey has already gone down.
