This @pbs.org segment is an informative yet disturbing watch. I knew some of the ways data centers affect communities, but this goes in DEPTH. It showcases the impact to those living near these data centers, the cruelty and audacity of the tech companies themselves. A very important watch!

Listen I'm very loudly anti-AI but I think part of being anti-AI is also that you have to be AGGRESSIVELY pro-artist. Please support your artists, especially ones with marginalized identities.

The LA Times is basically a playground for tech millionaires. They say AI is “reshaping jobs” instead of eliminating jobs and shifting more responsibility to the remaining workers and that the backlash was “online” as opposed to industry workers sharing their experiences.
