My ftm and mtf characters do have dimorphic traits of their agab but they are just offset by hrt and different lifestyles. Like Itsuki does have slightly wider hips than ichiko, it is just not noticeable because he locked in on shoulder exercises. And Ichiko's shoulder to hip ratio is neutral.
