got hit with this sudden wave of depression and it’s rather overwhelming started crying out of nowhere and catastrophizing. just got into bed and I’m trying not to have a panic attack makes sense, I haven’t been able to take my meds in awhile, but that doesn’t make me feel any less crappy

made the mistake of bringing my knockoff labubu phone case to my dental cleaning. hygienist proceeded to geek out (very cutely!) about labubu and popmart in general, showed me photos of her collection, etc. now we have something in common and i see her every three months. SOCIAL INTERACTION 😨

i may not be the prettiest person, BUT haircuts make me feel really happy and i'm excited to chop off all this length ✂️ if i'm feeling confident enough i'll share a selfie 😳
