I love when modern character designs are kept simple -- there's this tendency since graphics got more powerful to add a billion greebles and dongles and doodads all over every character, 14 layers of clothing that don't make sense and would take half an hour to put on, etc. But *I* love simplicity.

tried Endfield! - looks very pretty, but the character animations sometimes have a whiff of jank (I notice the "seams" between different states/they don't flow) - combat is serviceable so far - I like the VA work and music - character designs are cool/cute - I pulled Avywenna and I think I love her

thought from a chronic overthinker (yes, I see the irony there): The issue with "thinking too much" isn't the thinking, it's focusing on stuff that is not happening right now. It's all distraction, no longer being present in your body and mind, being a zombie. Planning and pondering is not living.
