Rep Byron Donalds (R-FL) may have improperly allowed another member to cast two votes for him on Friday morning, a serious violation of House ethics rules. Donalds is currently the leading GOP candidate to succeed Ron DeSantis. He also has a two-page rap sheet including drug and financial crimes.
