i love writing because it feels like a lot less effort than drawing. a picture is worth a thousand words, but i'm pretty sure i can write a thousand words a lot faster than i can draw a picture. like i do it all the time. look, i just wrote 52 words.

writing is such a sophisticated and varied art form that i hesitate to prescribe any immutable rules of writing, except for this one: no matter what you're writing, be it fiction, personal narrative, an academic paper, or a patent application, you should begin every paragraph with "Erm ..."

I'm starting to realize the algorithm thinks I'm a tab hoarder. And I am, a little, but I just used this "Backrooms Tab Manager" extension on Firefox and it made me too paranoid to ignore my tabs for too long. So... that kinda helped.
