there's something anti-Indigenous in how the Fallout series pays such incredible detail to minutia of Americana, to settler subcultures and pre-divergence history and locations, and how those would develop, but omits Native Americans and their presence and history *everywhere*

Fallout New Vegas dedicated a DLC to a vague notion of indigenous culture but it kinda just dropped the ball to aura farm a disfigured white guy 🤷

The whole theme of a post-apocalypse just omits Indigenous perspectives, which is funny when you consider that for many of us we have already gone through our own apocalypse, and have our own perspectives on how to build society in that kind of world. Hey maybe I should write something.
