Now that the weather is finally warm we have at least one scooter crash in the ICU at any given time. Doing 28 mph with no gear and following the same rules as when scooters went 9mph is not smart!

This was a fun one. Learned a lot about the Formula 1 phenomenon - including that only about 1% of auto racing fans make it to a race in person. As Zak says, "seeing a car go 200 miles an hour in real life looks a lot faster than seeing it on TV."

According to BPD stats this morning, Baltimore's homicide count is now down more than 71.% from the same time in 2022. Since 1970, there has never been a total below 50 at this point in the year. The previous record low was set in 2025, last year.
