It's been 100 days since the US reportedly bombed a girls school in Iran, killing 100+ kids. I pressed members of Congress on what they're doing in response to one of the most horrific war crimes in modern US history. Some didn't even know about it. And some just didn't care:

A church that "keeps the peace" by betraying the vulnerable, marginalized and oppressed is a church that has betrayed Christ himself. A church that refuses to stand with and boldly affirm our LGBTQIA+ siblings has sided with the powers of death. Christ demands better.

Two very exciting opportunities (for career development) have come up. One I've been interviewed for and one I've been headhunted for. Both, in theory, could work alongside my full-time job (which I love). Prayers for wisdom in how to move forward would be much appreciated!

I noticed during the pandemic that people most likely to mask, distance, etc. were those people who were already comfortable with discomfort. They'd learned to grieve, or live with a disability, or been marginalised in some way. The people who didn't know how to process discomfort screamed.
