We pay taxes, knowing that our money will, for the most part, be appropriated by our elected Congress. Congress represents our priorities- such as SNAP, USAID and medical research. When our money is diverted without the approval of our reps. we have TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION. That is Tyranny.
