the TV show ER is so good when it's, like, 80/20 focusing on doctor shit vs. personal shit. so far the best episode of season is Love's Labor Lost (S01E19) because it's mostly lots of good character work through the lens of doctor shit. they should make a whole tv show like this someday :)
