I ran Realis for @superdillin.bsky.social, @vidityavoleti.bsky.social, @moreblueberries.bsky.social, & @austinwalker.bsky.social last night and it ruled. So many perfect, "oh shit" moments on both sides. As numerous as Realis's PC options are, I CAN'T WAIT for more GMs to get their hands on it too.

I got a little taste of Realis in a one shot, playing a cynical mercenary who'd become dependant on her terrible Gonne for power and authority It was extremely fun and I'm champing at the bit to play or even run more of it when I have the time, the setting and mechanics are brilliant and compelling!

I got to playtest a few sessions of this and I can tell you it feels like practically nothing else I've ever played. y'all really do need to try it

Realis is the sort of incredible game of possibilities and weirdos where you can play as “what if the bird in a bowler hat from Une Semaine de Bonté was a grad student” and still encounter doomed knights, living ships, aggressive fog, sniper battles, blood magic, and surprisingly graceful moments.
