I've been reminiscing on this year a lot the last couple of days, and I cannot even begin to describe the degree to which transition has saved me. This has been the best year of my life so far by such a substantial amount. Plenty of things still suck, but being authentic is amazing.

I finally picked up Triangle Agency and WOW I am excited to play this game. Players getting commendations for snitching on each other and identifying that another player should get a demerit is the best flavor win of all time.

So many things to gush about in Silksong, but the thing I've been stuck on all day is how clever it is to use prayer beads as the currency. It's thematically perfect, satisfying to see in the world, and it allows for a great way to preserve currency between deaths by stringing them together.

I've been anxiously awaiting this all summer and it's happening!! Huge thanks to everyone who put this together and contributed, and I'm so happy to be here for my first published piece of writing. I can't wait to see everyone else's work.
