My favorite line from 13th Age so far tonight. While exploring a town that has been struck by a meteor and is now occupied by owlbears. "As we all know owlbears enjoy meteors as a delicacy." "Many of them will never get to enjoy the sweet flavor."

We used the difficulty levels to adjust the game and it worked pretty well. I played on Hard and my son as the Manor at very easy. He won!

Long day in the game mines but I'm really happy about our projects.

Vast: The Backrooms. One player is an investigator in a hazmat suit trying to figure out what's happening. The second is a bunch of weird chairs scaring the investigator. The third is a creature trying to leave. The fourth is an endless series of corridors.

I got to take an early look at 2 games @leder.games is working on that I'm super excited for (everything pictured is prototype) The first, Kart, is a downhill racing game where you play teenagers who have cobbled together speed machines. The faster you go, the less control you have of your Kart!

The second is a @drawnonward.bsky.social game tentatively titled Creature Control, a co-op dexterity game where you're trying to contain a giant Kaiju by using your mech abilities and various wacky weapons. I'm someone who doesn't like dexterity, and I'm very excited for this after playing a round!

Had a blast tonight showing a prototype to my friends tonight. Been cooking on the game for a few months (and years before that). Some of the best fun I've had testing in years. Still a ton of things to fix but it was all pretty actionable feedback. Now to finally rest.

Liz here will make me play this game if it gets through P500 so you should probably order it. Also she is brilliant which is another reason you should get it.
