The AI Engineer and token optimization work is the precursor to a feature / spin-off project I have on my metaphorical roadmap for agent observability and telemetry I want to answer what is token expensive, what tasks can be streamlined/templated/optimized, standardize lookups/partial file reads

so that instead of an expensive per review hit reviewers and validators are grouped but in a way where the writer and adversarial reviewer have anti-affinity so they're never on the same session

It came about because the token cost of doing 10+ cold sessions in tokens is bonker. Compromise is standardized indexing so the agent can read in the relevant info instead of entire files, have consistent lookup conventions, and cluster validators/adversarial reviewers

which is intended to optimize human and machine readability to right size cold session reviews lookup and token efficiency--this is a precursor to agent telemetry, audit, reporting, and alerting.

The project is under active development--11 feature PRs yesterday with several more planned for today. A thing that I'm particular pleased with is I added an AI Engineer domain that focuses on making a standardization contract for three audiences: contributor, user, and AI agent

My VDD-IAR IAR review suite has evovled significantly in capability, thoroughness, and process completeness into a full fledged suite for doing the VSDD process using @dollspace.gay whitepaper as a governing compliance doc.
