USPS is now on the verge of dramatically limiting voting by mail. The postal service is proposing a rule to limit mail-in voting for the midterms, expanding federal control over voting without congressional approval. It's a big step in Trump's plan to take over elections.

I returned to Delaney Hall today with Rep. Menendez and Rep. Pallone after disturbing reports that detainees were being beaten. We confirmed that four people were taken to the hospital. The inhumane conditions inside Delaney Hall must end. It is time to shut this facility down.
