I got my daily workout done after lunch and now I'm back to resting before I teach later. Trying to be good and pace carefully right now - between all my health issues over the last week or so I've been stuck consistently at 2 or 3 out of 5 on Visible so my body's not happy. I'm guessing winter?

Lots of birbs in the garden today: robin, house sparrow, blue tit, jackdaw, starling, great tit, wood pigeons, magpie, crow, herring gull & the beautiful goldfinch. Not bad!
