Trump's stupid attacks on Canada sovereignty have hurt our local economy. While we value our friendships with our Canadian brothers and sisters, it's going to be a long time before they forgive our nation for the vitriolic attacks made against them by our president, and I don't blame them.

This is what happens when you have a president who doesn't value strategic relationships among friendly countries; a president who was born on third base and thinks he hit a triple; and, frankly, a president who has no idea what he is doing.

The Kremlin disguised a nearly $100 mn payment to Trump in the form of a brokered real estate deal... and both Jeffrey Epstein and William Pulte were involved in the deal. That's very interesting.

I think the thing that depresses me the most is watching how many people here look at events and seem to have decided to max out on cynicism and apathy. Deciding they’re smarter than anyone else because they know nothing is going to change and everyone is a villain. Thanks, dipshits. Good work.

A 50 year mortgage is a terrible idea because (1) you pay a ridiculous amount of interest, (2) you are basically in perpetual servitude to a lender, especially after having paid nothing but interest payments for decades, and (3) there is a good chance you will die before you pay off the debt.
