Bluesky is still a small platform, but it is one that skews higher disposable income and political engagement. These folks can have an outsized influenced on campaigns. And having 2 or 3 more progressive Senators and 11 or 12 more progressive House members can really change things in coming years.

I hope some of the bigger accounts here boost candidates in Dem primaries in the coming months. The Michigan, Illinois, New Hampshire, and Minnesota Senate primaries have progressive candidates for whom a couple thousand more volunteers/donations could make a difference. Plus dozens of House races.
